A while ago, I purchased Ultimate Creative Sampler for a little over $40 from cricut.com; you can now get this cartridge for close to that on ebay or amazon (just search for "Ultimate Creative Sampler"). If you're just starting out or want to a huge variety of images, this cart is the best bargain out there! It has 600+ images (6 overlays: Layer and Shift+Layer).
My only gripe with this cartridge was that you can't find the images you're purchasing anywhere on the Internet. Cricut only has a sampler of what is on it and no other website has more images than Cricut.com does.
